Cheques must clear before goods are dispatched.

Returned cheques will be subject to any bank charges we incur.

Refunds are only given if goods are faulty.

Any claims for damage or faulty goods must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse artwork that we feel is not of the quality to give a satisfactory result.

By providing us with your artwork etc, you are considered responsible for all copyright legalities.

All our prices include VAT and are liable to price fluctuations.
